The Ultimate Fertility Herb

Chances are you’ve heard about the magic of straight up raspberry leaf. A staple for women gearing up for birth in the final weeks of pregnancy or for women with PCOS.

Why Raspberry Leaf is Great for Birth Prep

This powerful herb relaxes the uterus and has been used by women around the world for hundreds of years. Great for morning sickness, digestion and inflammation in the body, this delicious tea is a must-have for your fertility journey.

Why Raspberry Leaf is Great for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Raspberry leaf tea is often considered beneficial for women with PCOS because it can help with:

  1. Hormonal Balance: Raspberry leaf tea is believed to have a regulatory effect on hormones, including those involved in PCOS. It may help in balancing estrogen levels, which can be beneficial for women with hormonal imbalances.
  2. Uterine Tonic: Raspberry leaf is recognised as a uterine tonic, known for its ability to tone and strengthen the uterine muscles. This can be particularly helpful for women with PCOS who may experience irregular menstrual cycles.
  3. Nutrient-Rich Profile: Raspberry leaf is a rich source of various nutrients, including magnesium, potassium, and calcium. These nutrients can contribute to overall reproductive health and may help alleviate some symptoms associated with PCOS.
  4. Menstrual Regularity: By promoting uterine health and hormonal balance, raspberry leaf tea may contribute to more regular menstrual cycles, which can be a challenge for individuals with PCOS.
  5. Antioxidant Properties: The tea contains antioxidants that can help combat oxidative stress in the body. This is relevant for individuals with PCOS as oxidative stress has been linked to inflammation and insulin resistance, common features of the syndrome.

X1 Raspberry Leaf Tea Glo Pouch: To be used by women when they’re 34 weeks pregnant and beyond, this powerful fertility herb is made from the leaves of raspberry plants.
