30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Fertility Glo products purchased directly through fertilityglo.com.au. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, or you've changed your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, the following must apply:
- The return is requested within 30 days of the date you received your order
- The item is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, OR
- You have opened the product and are not satisfied with it (in which case the partially-used product may still be returned — see below)
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Opened vs. Unopened Products
- Unopened products (factory seal intact): eligible for a full refund of the product price.
- Opened products (where you've tried the tea and are not satisfied): eligible for a refund of the product price, provided the return is made within 30 days and the majority of the product remains. We offer this because we stand behind the quality of our blends and want you to feel comfortable trying them.
We reserve the right to decline refunds where products show signs of misuse, damage caused after delivery, or where more than the reasonable amount of product has been consumed.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at fertlity-glo-support@fertilityglo.reamaze.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack your item securely and post it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied — in which case we'll cover return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fertlity-glo-support@fertilityglo.reamaze.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team
Subscriptions
If you're on a recurring subscription, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Bundles & Multi-Item Orders
For bundles or multi-item purchases, the same 30-day guarantee applies. To receive a full refund on a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned (opened or unopened). Partial bundle returns will be refunded at the individual item prices, which may differ from the bundle discount rate.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
