Shipping policy
Timing
- We will try to get your order sent to you as soon as possible. If you’re planning a gift for someone special, factor in that it can take up to 3 days from when you place your order (public holidays and weekend excluded) for items to be dispatched. We are a boutique business, blending all our teas by hand. We take great pride in each tea that we create but this can take time.
- We are based in Melbourne, Australia. Most metro Melbourne or Sydney orders should arrive within 5 business days of dispatch. For rural and remote locations, this can take even longer.
- Please also note that Australia Post running times are outside of our control so always allow for extra delivery time.
- Our dispatch days are typically Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This applies to express shipping too.
Our Couriers
- We use Australia Post for all of our shipments and do not offer pickup or express post options at this stage.
Costs
- Our shipping rates are calculated by Australia Post and will be visible when you check out. These are Australia Posts’ fees which we pass on.
- If your parcel incurs additional charges like customs clearance, importation taxes etc. we will not pay for these.
Incorrect Address at Checkout

Please check your address carefully as we cannot update delivery addresses once the order has been paid and processed. Our shipping labels automatically print once the order is confirmed so we can get your teas out to you as quick as possible. Please contact Australia Post if you need to change the pick up or delivery address.
Returned Parcels
- If your parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because you did not collect your parcel, we will wait until your parcel is returned to us and resend it to you. The second round of postage will need to be paid by you before we re-send out the teas.
