We recommend up to 2 teacups or 1 mug a day (approx 250ml). There is caffeine in this tea so we recommend you stop around lunch to avoid any sleep disturbances at night.

Why is this tea good for men's fertility? 

Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium saggitatum) is a natural aphrodisiac and has had a long history as this in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Early goat herders noticed the stimulating effect amongst their flock whenever their goats would eat the leaves of this particular plant. Horny Goat Weed contains Icariin, a flavonoid known to be a vasodilator, helping to increase blood flow and acting in a similar way as sildenafil (Viagra).

How to brew fertility tea for him:

Place 2 teaspoons per cup of tea (250ml) into a strainer. Pour 80 degree water over the tea and allow tea leaves to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Remove the strainer and enjoy. Make sure you don't pour boiling water or leave the tea leaves to brew for too long or it will make the tea taste bitter.
