Why is this tea good for fertility?

Chamomile is often touted as a stress-relieving herb that can work wonders on your anxiety levels. By reducing stress and anxiety, chamomile can indirectly improve your overall health and wellbeing, potentially helping you get in the mood for baby-making. Plus, chamomile may help you catch some quality Zzz's, which is key for hormone regulation and reproductive health. So, if you're looking to get your zen on and optimize your reproductive health, chamomile might just be your cup of tea.

Lemon Balm - Its calming properties can help ease stress and anxiety, which indirectly impacts fertility by promoting overall health and wellbeing. Plus, better sleep quality means better hormone regulation and reproductive health. It's a solid choice for those who need to take the edge off.

Cornflowers - those beautiful blue blooms believed to have calming properties that can help reduce stress and anxiety, ultimately improving overall health and wellbeing. While there's no direct evidence linking cornflowers to improved fertility, their high antioxidant content can help protect the body from free radical damage and support a healthy immune system, which is crucial for reproductive health. So, while you might not see a field of cornflowers and immediately think 'fertility boost,' they still provide some (indirect) benefits for those on the baby-making journey.

How do I brew Sleeptime Glo tea?

Place 2 teaspoons per cup of tea (250ml) into a strainer. Pour boiling water (100 degrees) over the tea and allow tea leaves to infuse for at least 4 minutes. Remove the strainer and enjoy.
