I was worried as I don’t drink much tea, but this is actually delicious. I look forward to my cup every morning. I’ve only been drinking it for a month but this cycle is the first in well over a year that my PMS symptoms haven’t been as heightened for me. And my cycle was longer! I thought I’d give this tea a try so I can regulate my hormones and hopefully get my period since I hardly get it due to having PCOS. I started taking this tea in December 2024 and I got my period in January 2025. Definitely recommend taking these teas.

After coming off the pill for 16 years and Implanon for 2 years, I was expecting my cycle to be all over the place. I’ve been drinking this tea for just less than a month now post birth control and my cycle is literally right on time. 8 weeks in and absolutely loving this trio. I feel calmer, hopeful and am benefiting from a more predictable cycle, most importantly ovulating the last two months when in the past that was not always the case.
Hopeful the coming months will lead to a natural conception but if not, I know these teas will support me back on my IVF journey.

My husband and I both started the fertility tea for him/her about 1.5 months ago. I can't believe how much better I feel after using this tea bundle. My periods used to be so irregular and painful, but now they're much more manageable. The spearmint tea has been amazing for reducing my PCOS symptoms, and I genuinely enjoy the taste.
