Why is this tea good for fertility?
Rooibos - This South African gem is packed with antioxidants that'll have free radicals shaking in their boots. If inflammation is cramping your style, rooibos has anti-inflammatory properties to help ease the pain. But that's not all - rooibos also contains a compound called 'aspalathin' that can calm your nerves and help you relax.
Roses - Beyond their beauty, roses also contain compounds that can reduce inflammation in the body. If you're stressed out and need something to help you chill, drinking roses can have a calming effect on your nervous system (body and mind). Plus, roses are loaded with vitamin C, which is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system.
Lavender - the herb that's more than just a pretty scent. Not only does it have natural calming properties to reduce stress and anxiety, but it can also be your new bedtime buddy to improve sleep quality. Feeling bloated and uneasy? Lavender's got your back with its ability to soothe an upset stomach and improve digestion. And if that's not enough, lavender also packs a punch with its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties to keep your body healthy and happy.
Calendula - those pretty little yellow petals. But its looks aren't the only reason we added it. It's also a potent anti-inflammatory (you may see people using it in skincare products or to treat skin irritation). It's also rich in antioxidants and helps protect the body against oxidative stress.
How do I brew Relaxation Glo tea?
Place 2 teaspoons per cup of tea (250ml) into a strainer. Pour boiling water (100 degrees) over the tea and allow tea leaves to infuse for at least 4 minutes. Remove the strainer and enjoy. You can also allow the tea to cool down and pour it over ice or into a smoothie if you prefer to have it cold.
