How often should I drink Fertility tea?
1 to 2 cups every day (and preferably at the same time every day). Timing can be important when it comes to hormone health so the more consistency with your tea routine, the better.
Fertility for Her (if you're a woman) or Fertility for Him (if you're a man) is best to drink first thing in the morning.
Can I drink fertility for her while pregnant?
Once you fall pregnant we recommend you stop drinking the 'fertility for her' tea, however, you can continue all the other yummy options. Morning Glo is safe and great for your first trimester (especially if you have morning sickness!). Relaxation Glo is caffeine-free and a great healthy alternative to coffee. Sleeptime Glo is pregnancy safe.

Can I drink Fertility for Her while breastfeeding?
Yes. But again, seek a professional medical opinion if you're unsure about your specific breastfeeding situation.
Is it normal for your cycle length to change while drinking fertility for her tea?
Yes that can happen and that's a good thing. Cycles should typically sit around the 28 day mark (give or take a few days either side). So if you're extra short or extra long (more than 4 day variance on each side) then you want to slowly start correcting your cycle to that optimum length where hormones are balanced and doing their thing. A balanced cycle is made up of a follicular phase of about 14 days (where FSH and estrogen are being released to get ovaries juicy and ready to release an egg) and then a luteal phase of about 14 days (where progesterone kicks in to keep that uterine line thick and ready for pregnancy).
How do I brew each tea?
Fertility for Her:
- Place 2 teaspoons per cup of tea (250ml) into a strainer. Pour boiling water (100 degrees) over the tea and allow tea leaves to infuse for at least 4 minutes. Remove the strainer and enjoy. You can also allow the tea to cool down and pour it over ice or into a smoothie if you prefer to have it cold.
Fertility for Him:
- Place 2 teaspoons per cup of tea (250ml) into a strainer. Pour 80 degree water over the tea and allow tea leaves to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Remove the strainer and enjoy. Make sure you don't pour boiling water or leave the tea leaves to brew for too long or it will make the tea taste bitter.
